What the Feasibility Review Includes:

Confirming all required documents are provided
Ensuring documents are complete (full pages, PDF preferred)
Identifying missing, inconsistent, or contradictory information
Reviewing deadlines and hearing dates
Determining whether the requested document can be prepared

A Service Request May Be Declined If:

Required documents are missing, incomplete, or unreadable
Information is inconsistent or contradictory
Deadlines do not allow sufficient time for drafting
The matter requires legal advice, legal strategy, or form selection

📋 Feasibility Document Review

A mandatory feasibility review is required before any document preparation services can be quoted or accepted. The review fee is $95 per hour, paid in advance. Most feasibility reviews take 30–60 minutes ($47.50–$95 total).

After the feasibility review is completed, you will receive a determination of whether the matter is feasible, a quote for services, and confirmation of deadlines.

The feasibility review fee is non‑refundable. If your matter is not feasible, you owe nothing beyond the review fee.
